Red raspberries are the featured product of today’s Dowagiac Farm & Artisan Market! The Spragues still have strawberries. If you want to get a few more, before the season is over, it’s best to pick them up today.
Craftsman and Persian Gulf Army Vet John Sly is selling hand-held American flags. He donates proceeds to U Matter 2 Inc. that serves American Veterans, one hero at a time.
Also at today’s market are craftsmen Wilder Scott with hand-carved birds and Jennifer Norwood with Jen’s Homemade Gems.
The Spragues also have eggs, rhubarb and what is likely to be the rest of their asparagus.
Tracy Saylor with her sourdough bread and baked goods has joined the market, along with Christopher Teneyck with cookies, bread, cake, pie and apple crisp.
Located upon the grounds of the Dowagiac Area History Museum, the market is open until 2 pm and returns Wednesday from 9 to 2 pm.
