Thanks to Stephen and the crew at Loyal plumbing, Heating and cooling, the Bashful Bison is back to 100%! Exhaust fans are cranking so great big gobs of deliciousness is cooking at 601 Kansas City Street downtown Rapid City…… stampede on down and gitchasum!!!!

Due to a failed exhaust system in the kitchen, The Bashful Bison at 601 Kansas City Street, will be running a cold sandwich only menu inside with special features and new items but will be firing up our mesquite grill outside to also run special features and new items. We apologize for the change in operations, and we shouldn’t be down more than a day or two.
