Pete Meat & Provisions is a family-owned butcher shop designed to provide the Tampa Bay area with naturally nutritious and delicious meats and curated provisions. We source responsibly raised animals from local and regional farms. We specialize in whole animal butchery, which allows us to offer a variety of cuts, while utilizing as much as we can from each animal. From beef (including dry-aged and
wagyu), poultry, pork, house made sausages, bison, lamb and veal, to a selection of cheese and charcuterie, farm fresh eggs, marinated meats, sauces, fresh pasta, and house made provisions, we have something for everyone. The shop features a curated selection of dry goods such as seasonings, rubs, oils, honey, jams, hot sauces, pickles, charcoal, crackers/breads, cookbooks, and of course St. Pete Meat & Provisions merchandise. Our mission is to share our love story with food, introducing you to the people, places, and practices associated each and every step of the way. Our chef-minded butchers dry age and hand-cut at our own shop. And, that's how we’re setting a new standard. Now offering free local delivery with a $100 minimum order!
