I have the boxes done. They contain 2 prime steaks ( t bone, porterhouse, strip or ribeye) 2 sirloin steaks, 2 chuck roast, and 15lbs of ground beef. The steaks are all around 1.25 inches thick and the roasts are between 2.5 and 4 pounds.
