Our cows gaze freely, year 'round, on 180 acres of pasture which includes crops such as barley, rye, millet, and grasses. We do not use coloring or preservatives in our cheeses. The golden color of our cheeses comes from the rich milk of our cows. We are proud that our cheeses are also truly raw. We never heat the milk above 118 degrees F, with most varieties being heated to around 100 degrees F.

We are not certified organic, but we use organic practices in our farming. We do not use pesticides on our land, and we grow as many of our own crops as possible. We strive to use non-GMO feed and crops as much as we can. We carry an assortment of other local, natural products in our shoppe as well such as eggs, bacon, sausage, crackers, cheesemaking kits, honey and jams. Come and see us. We'd love to meet you!

Some of the cheeses are exclusive to club members only.

Also, we include one or two accompaniments (such as a spread or chocolate) that will pair perfectly with the cheese.
