Recent changes in SNAP benefits have left many Iowans discouraged and confused. If you need help figuring out if you're eligible, PLEASE reach out to our friends at River Bend Food Bank. They can guide you if you have questions. You can find the link to their contact info in the comments. You can talk to a real person and get real answers. Don't give up: Apply for the benefits you deserve and help your family.

SNAP work requirements: Nonprofits in want to help you get the volunteer hours you may need to meet the new work requirements. All of our nonprofits need your help to do their work.
