So any of you who follow us know we just did a renovation to our newest walk in cooler... Pictures to come...
The young men who work with me sent me this yesterday morning... The cutting room expansion is in the future. We are adding a grinding room and freezer to join the west wall of cutting room.... After spending what I have on the cooler we won't be able to finish this cutting room expansion. That will have to be done next year which, when done we should be able to do beef... Every summer we do something that furthers us along to being able to legally able to do beef.
Anyways Mason & Tyler sent me this picture of the cutting room as if they have started the project... I had a WAVE OF STRESS flow over me...
It's AI.... THAT'S just wrong!

FRESH RAW Cow Milk

My daughter has a milk cow producing 6 gallons a day. The milk is so much better than store milk. No additives or posions! There's alot of health benefits to drinking raw milk and it's creamier, more like a treat to drink! It's SOoooo good.
If you have gut issues the raw milk has healing properties too!
It costs her about $5 a day to feed the cow so we are trying to get the feed bill paid. She needs at least 7 people buying a gallon a week.
She sells it for $5 a gallon. The milk will be in a safety sealed gallon jug, just like you buy from the store. Fresh milk generally cost $7 a gallon. Organic milk is even more.
She's not trying to make money with this, she's just trying to prevent us all from consuming little less poison the world shoves down us now.
Law states that it must be purchased directly from her. She lives right where the four-lane highway ends when going east towards Velma on Highway 7.

Call Savannah if interested. 580 656 7558

We spent about $7k to put this large cooler in 3-4yrs ago. It was a ! Walls were starting to fall down.😡
Mason and Tyler, the two young men that work for me during deer season, are staying on payroll and redoing the cooler. About $9k this time thus far and it's not finished yet. Mason has updated pictures he may add to this post. This is going to enable our deer to last longer, keeping meat fresher longer. Our shoulder mounts will do better. We had over 70 shoulder mounts needing caped out at one time. In general, you need a deer to be caped out in 5 days. The cooler we can keep them, the longer they will last. Anyways, I spend the money to ensure all the deer that comes out of our place are top notch! Nobody complains about our pricing. I have to be at the price point I am to ensure that every year we are upgrading, repairing, maintaining the facility. I don't take all the profits and buy myself a new vehicle. The business and your kills will always take preference over my wants. The cooler is going to have alot more cooling capacity next year.
I really wanted to add a grinding room with another finishing freezer so we can cut more since the freezer often getting packed out waiting for pick ups. Not sure I can pull that off this year. We will see. If we can get that done we will be almost ready to where we can do domestic animals...working on it. MUD CREEK Just keeps getting bigger/better every year!

We are almost done cutting for the year! All of the remaining deer will need to go through Jeff to be picked up. Meaning he will need a date and time for pick up to make sure someone is here for you.

We still have to make one more round of summer sausage to complete everyone's orders, that means we will have all the deer completed very soon!

Our #1 girl Priscilla will notify hunters when their harvest is ready! Please reply to her with a date and time you'd like to pick up.

From here on out let's give everyone a break, if you need to get in touch with us about anything call Jeff at 580-467-6777.

Thank you all for your support! We can't wait for next season!

Here's a example of one of the Oklahoma white tail deer that went into the freezer during rifle/gun. So it was dropped off during the wks of gun which was around Nov 28th. Once thawed enough to cut it looks like it was just dropped off yesterday. We had anticipated having everything cut out by 2nd week of March. I belive it's going to be more like 2nd week of April... Once done cutting we will be spending a few weeks/month cleaning to shut down for the summer and we will be working on the business to do some repairs and possibly add a new freezer and widen our cutting room. As is we can't cut more than 10 a day... Room/space prevents it. If we continue to take in more deer every year it will push our finishing date out... Ive heard of others taking till April... However it's not a good look. That's pushing it... If we take more next year it'll be end of April or could even take till may!! So we really need to revamp so we can cut 13-15 a day.... Also any work we do the the building brings us that much closer to finishing building to get State approval to do Beef. We lack 50-$70 grand finishing so we can do beef. I'm too close...doing this with no debt. If I can come up with the funds enough we are going to step it up!

UPDATE : WHERE'S MY DEER?.... Getting so many calls every day as to wheres my deer or did I miss a call? This may calm down the calls a bit....we are down to about 200 all of which came in during the 14 days of gun. We are cutting deer dropped off the 1st week of gun, just finished the 2nd week of gun. We told hunters to expect March which means up to the end of March... We took in more than anticipated when we were telling hunters this. We had like 75 shoulder mounts that had to be dealt with immediately in that short time frame, a death, a baby, freezing weather, and occasionally limited on how many we can cut because of hunters not picking up so we don't have freezer space... All of which knocked us out of cutting time.We cut deer 7 days a week until just recently we take Sundays off. I'm thinking we should be done around 1st to 2nd week of April... Once done you will get a lengthy text informing you it's done and asking for a pick up date. We are cutting 6 days a week. So just a bit longer.
Thanks JEFF

Had a couple guys come move 75ish deer yesterday from the fzr. So we have 80-100 hanging. We're in good shape for the moment. People who dropped off 2nd week of Rifle yours is getting close. We bought more rollers so now we can hang (easier) more deer than b4 at one time.

01/28/2026

We are shut down for the moment. We tried cutting today, but couldn't cut much. Everything is frozen!! We were able to get one Elk cut which is nothing compared to what's left to cut.

I need 2 to 4 guys to come pull freezer deer and hang on the rails. We need about 50 to 75 deer pulled from freezer. It ain't for the weak. It's a job that will take maybe 4 hours and you need to be stout. It is NOT easy. Hanging is no big deal, we have a w***h. Getting them pulled from freezer onto carts is heavy lifting.

We have been down 3 days now due to deer being too froze to cut which effects how long it takes to get them all thawed enough to cut. We were slated to be done in March. This cold weather is pushing us further behind. A knife does no good on frozen meat. We will try again tomorrow but it's not looking good. We are limited on how many we can cut. Unfortunately the low temps are here for another 4 days. We like to cut 10 a day but that's hard to pull off right now. We will get them done, just be patient.

01/17/2026

FYI.... We finally are at the place where we can take a day off. 7 days a week since Oct 1st ain't no joke. So Sundays we won't be at the shop. We will be available for pick ups after 2 most Sundays provided you arrange a pick up time with us. We are cutting from start to finish about 10 a day. Occasionally a few more....our freezer space due to pickups can greatly influence how many we can cut A day.
We are already pulling the 2wks of rifle/fzr deer. Be patient, wait for the text telling you it's done and reply with a pick up date, and time if that's possible.
Thanks JEFF
