orry. Briar Rose Creamery is nestled in the hills above Dundee, making it the perfect provisioning stop during a visit to Oregon’s famed Red Hills of Dundee and the Willamette Valley. All cheese is made by hand, coaxed from the milk of an award winning herds of Ayrshire and Guernsey cows. Of course, all of our milk comes from happy, stress-free animals who graze on acres of pasture, always have access to airy dairy barns and are 100% growth hormone and antibiotic free.

Our final event! Thanks to everyone at the Oregon Cheese Festival for making our last big event a special one. So great seeing so many friends and sharing so much cheese. We will miss you all. We have full hearts and empty coolers.

You can still buy cheese at our Farm Store for a few more weekends while we sell the last wheels of cheese.

We are packing our coolers one last time! Join Briar Rose Creamery at the Oregon Cheese Festival at the Jackson County Fairgrounds in Central Point, Oregon! Saturday & Sunday.

We are bringing Maia, Fata Morgana, Fromage Blanc, Butterbloom and if you get there early you might find a few wheels of bark-wrapped Phoebe. We usually sell out so plan accordingly.

P.S. our Farm Store in Dundee is open Friday and Saturday, too.

Bittersweet news from Briar Rose Creamery. After 16 years, we are retiring. Our cheese production ceases at the end of the month. Grab our final batches of cheese at our Farm Store (Fri/Sat 12-5), at the Oregon Cheese Festival in Central Point (4/24-4/25) or at your favorite cheese counter while supplies last.
