STRAWBERRY FIG JAM!
We’re thrilled to have this jam available at the stand this fall!
This small hand canned artisan jam is made with the freshest minimum ingredients for that true flavor taste of days gone by.
This combination of fresh strawberries and figs makes wonderful canapés with cream cheese or brie and crackers, or as a topping for cheesecake, pound cake and ice cream. It’s also wonderful spread on toast or bagels in the morning.

We’re gearing up for the fall reopening of The Farm Stand at Blue Ribbon Farm and Feed y’all!!
Pressure washing and painting will be first on the agenda and waiting on the temperatures to come down to a balmy high of 79!! 🤣
So this ol’ gal and this ol’ kitchen, who are the same age, will be firing up our burners to get jammin’!!
My feeds are slam full of AI photos of everyone’s posts nowadays that all seem to look alike, so I’m going to try to use all real posts from now on!!
Anyway, rant over. 😂

I picked gorgeous figs this summer, so I’ll be starting with a wonderful fig combination this weekend!

Summer is winding down, the sizzle isn’t, but our calendar is.
Thought I’d check on y’all and see how everyone is doing?
I had a porch pick up last night for a bottle of our Elderberry Elixir from a repeat friend of the stand, Tiffany!
She mentioned she baked sourdough bread and more, and she’s local to the stand!
That is very exciting news for the fall!
I know plenty of sourdough bakers who are all great bakers, but they’re all in different directions about 10 miles! And that makes it a bit inconvenient.

A Big Thank You to Sourdough for making me hit 2,400 followers!!
A little side note for y’all… Seminole Sourdough is taking over the the old Farm Store space where I grew up in Belleair Bluffs.
We frequented it at least once or twice a week in the 60’s and 70’s for milk, and bread!
I have always loved that old building and the concept of a drive up for convenience items. So when I heard about this artisan sourdough bread baker taking over that space I was so excited to hear about it. I can’t wait to “drive up” for old times sake, but also to support this new (old) idea Seminole Sourdough is doing.
Praying for their success!
And when I visit when they open soon, I will bring a jar of my Strawberry Rhubarb Raspberry jam because you helped me reach 2,400 followers Seminole Sourdough!!

Hey y’all!!
I stopped at the most precious farm stand this morning in Williston on 41 just north of Dunnellon, on our way to pick Blackberries at Berry Farm in Williston.
We actually passed them while they were setting up and I did a quick u-turn to go right back to them.
Taylor and Stephanie are just adorable!!
Due to the possibility of severe weather today, they were forced to close up early, but please check them out and support yet another local Farmstand in our area Saturdays!
I picked up a loaf of Cheddar Jalapeno Sourdough Bread, Oatmeal Cream Pies and Peanut Brittle! I cannot wait to try these artisan provisions!

Hey Y’all!!
How are we now at May 1st 2026 this Friday??
It just doesn’t seem possible!
I have enjoyed these months since Christmas with family out of town and locally without having a rigid schedule.
So with that being said I have decided to keep the stand closed til the end of summer. I will on occasion offer some things or fill some orders that come in, namely Gift Baskets, Hummingbird Bread, Seasonal Jams, Elderberry Elixir, Farm Dust and a few other things I’ll be testing recipes on.
Today I did make a batch of Elderberry Elixir and Farm Dust and in the morning I’ll throw in a batch of Hummingbird Bread!
Let me know in this post or through messenger if you’d like any of these that I’m offering for “porch pick up” from my home.
