Just to update everyone on where we have been lately. First I know we have been absent from the market for several weeks now. Well as most know I am only at the market every other week as it is. I recently had some medical issues which put my in the hospital for 10 days and then hurricane Idalia showed up and this past market was canceled. Rest assured that we plan on being at our next market on Sept. 14th. Hope to see you then.

Growing microgreens for our upcoming market @ OTOW 4/29. Here we have some Red Acre Cabbage, Broccoli and Wheatgrass. The broccoli and cabbage just came out of "blackout" and put under the lights today.
