📢 UPDATE FOR FINNY’S FARM 📢

I am sure many have noticed, Finny’s Farm Stand is not at Rise & Grind. Sadly we have decided to take this year off. However we have a good reason for it; our family welcomed a new addition, Fisher, in early April.

Obviously trying to balance a newborn, run the stand and tend to a large garden is possible however we are opting to soak in all the family time possible versus trying to do it all.

We hope that you understand our decision and will support Finny and Fish in the future when the Farm Stand returns.

She Is Back 👋

We are back and settled in again following our final summer vacation. Sadly our produce is slowing down BUT the community has been placing goodies in the stand to help us out.
Currently the stand has a lot of mild peppers and some rhubarb that has been donated. We also stocked 6 dozen eggs this evening!

You might notice the stand is a little empty… Finley is on her final summer vacation back in Montana visiting her family. We should return in the next 10-14 days.

Our mixer decided to take an early retirement on us, so it has been some time since we got to bake some bread. But it is back! We are excited to make some more this week with inclusions!

We are also on our final week of sweet corn, so if you’d like some for freezing / canning please reach out immediately!

We love that you love the produce we are bringing to you and also bringing in while we wait on parts of ours. I am waiting on a “shift change” to come take inventory at the stand and then refill. Poor Finny is taking a sick day today - hopefully she will be back to herself tomorrow!

Produce is pretty picked over, I will be making the trip for more melons tomorrow. However if you can’t wait we have so many great farm stands in the area (B&B Produce, Mariet’s, Stouts, etc), I even saw the Maxwell’s have some sweetcorn for $6 a dozen in Wilton!

A Taste Of The South 🍉

We have a limited amount of these Missouri Amish melons! If you clean us out, we plan to head south again on Thursday we could potentially get more!
🍉 Watermelon $6.00 each
🍈 Cantaloupe $4.50 each
🍅 Greenhouse Tomatoes $1.00 each
🥔 Russet Potatoes $1.00 per pound
🥒 Cucumbers $1.00 each
🧅 Onions $1.00 each
& Turnips $1.50 each, Kohlrabi $1.50 each and Zucchini .50¢ each

🥐 Frosted Cinnamon Rolls and Maple Frosted Cinnamon Rolls $2.00 each

🍞 We are getting ready to make some zucchini and banana breads as well, maybe even cookies!

🌽 Sweetcorn is coming. We picked an ear the other night and it is probably a week to ten days away from maturity. That will be $6.00 a dozen or .50¢ an ear!

💰 As always cash is accepted in the honor box or Venmo () is accepted.

🎥 The stand is now under surveillance 24/7. Signs are posted and the camera is visible. We aren’t hiding it, but for those who are camera shy - here is your warning.
