Testing the product! And by all measures it passes with flying colors. It has been a great season with many big healthy sockeye returning to Bristol Bay and occasionally winding up on the ends of our forks!

It’s that time of year to order your share of the catch for this upcoming season in Bristol Bay, Alaska!

Full fillets and fillet portions of wild sockeye salmon. Hand harvested, deboned, and flash frozen to preserve premium sushi grade.

Pre-Order before June 15th for our discounted rate before we head out to fish. Will be accepting orders all summer long for pickup in the fall.

Pickup will take place in Eagle River, Iron River Michigan, Madison and Wausau.

A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of joining Dottie Reeder for a wild salmon cooking demo. We had some awesome discussions surrounding seafood traceability and sustainability, as well as the many ways to prepare wild salmon. We all shared a few good belly laughs along the way! It was truly an honor and just as much a learning experience for me as it was for them!
