Sorry for the lack of updates. Been kind of busy with the farm. We have been working hard on the chicken processing building and have also been working on a seafood processing building. We are very close to getting our licenses to process and sell our seafood and farm raised chicken.

Unfortunately, we are still a little ways off before our chicken processing building will be ready. Currently, we raise our chickens and have to take them to Covington for butchering which adds to our overhead on the chicken products.

I will be keeping everyone updated as we continue to move forward.

Some very exciting changes are taking place on the farm. We are one small step closer to being able to process our birds ourselves, which will help reduce our costs and enable us to provide better prices for our customers. We have now had our building installed, which we purchased from Unified Steel Structures Inc. through our local dealer, Titan Metal Structures. We will keep everyone posted as we continue to grow and improve. Thank you to everyone for your support.
