Good morning!

Fresh in this week: Red Snapper, Salmon, Butterfish, Redfish, and Corvina.

We are out of Swordfish and low on Salmon. There are no more Colossal Gulf Shrimp until next week though we have plenty of Gulf 21/25s, 31/35s, Georgia and Argentine Reds.

Looks like it’s shaping up to be a beautiful weekend! Treat yourself to some nice fresh seafood, and come on by and see us at CCs!

Good morning!

Fresh in this week: Salmon, Redfish, Butterfish, Red Snapper, Swordfish, and coming in today- Corvina.

We have 6 colossal shrimp left until next week, but have plenty of the other Gulf shrimp, Argentines and Georgias.

Morning yall!

Fresh in this week: Salmon, Butterfish, Swordfish, Redfish and Red Snapper.

There’s still time to order if you want something special this weekend, we can have it in tomorrow morning!

This rain and the increase in temperatures is doing the garden good! We’ve got tiny white half runner beans, the corns a-tassling and there’s some beautiful squash blossoms on the crooknecks. There’s also tiny little cherry tomatoes forming and some good flowering going on! Hopefully we’ll have some produce in here soon! Fingers crossed 🤞

Good morning!

Fresh in this week:
Cod, Salmon, Steelhead, #1 Grade Yellowfin Tuna, Red Grouper and Chilean Seabass.

We have fresh 10/20 Dry Scallops available, and a couple of Iberico Heirloom Babyback Ribs. These are out of Spain, and I tried them a few weeks back. Less meaty than a few other ribs I’ve tried, but the flavor is phenomenal. They run a bit smaller so the smoking time is reduced. My first run only took about an hour and a half which is dead quick for baby backs. I’ve only got a couple available, but if there’s interest, I wouldn’t mind stocking them. If you’re a rib snob, you’ll want to give em a shot. 😉
