Caldwell's Deer Processing was established as a small family business specializing in processing of deer during the hunting season months of October through December. Processing consists of removal of deer hide, deboning, cutting meat to customer's specifications, and packaging/wrapping. We are located about a mile south of the East Freedom exit off of Interstate 99 on route 36 towards Roaring Spr
