Caldwell's Deer Processing was established as a small family business specializing in processing of deer during the hunting season months of October through December. Processing consists of removal of deer hide, deboning, cutting meat to customer's specifications, and packaging/wrapping. We are located about a mile south of the East Freedom exit off of Interstate 99 on route 36 towards Roaring Spr

With deer season around the corner, we would just like to let everyone know we WILL be accepting deer this year.

For those of you that don’t know our dad, Scott, had a liver transplant recently. He is doing well and on the road to recovery.

The butcher shop has always been a family business, started by our pap, Chet. It will continue to run that way with help from a few more family members.
