2019 Summer CSA APPLICATION
Thank you for your interest in our CSA program! Your support for our farm is greatly appreciated and we look forward to providing you and your family with high quality, locally grown fruits and vegetables. Please sign up for our Summer CSA by completing this application. Once completed, either mail it in or drop it off at Market. Please double check to make sure all of the information is filled out correctly.

CSA Program:
• The Summer CSA Program Starts the first market day in June.
• The Program runs a total of 18 weeks.
• Woolf Farms CSA 2019 Facebook Group will have weekly post on what is available and you can comment on the post with your bag number and order. If you do not have a Facebook account, email or text can be used to communicate your weekly order.
• If you do not comment on the post, a mixed bag of our fresh produce will be made up for you.
• If you are unable to pick up your order, please comment a day of ahead of time and we will double up the following week to ensure you don't miss out on any produce.
Payment for the CSA
• Your Payment in FULL reserves your CSA spot by April 1st
• Checks can be made payable to Woolf Farms.
• CSA is limited as we are only going to have 30 spots available for each market.
I understand that I am responsible for picking up my share of produce each week at the Farmers Market from June through October between Farmers market hours. Also, any week that I do not pickup my share of produce, it will be forfeited unless further notice is given about a missing week. Please pick up CSA share 30 minutes before closing of market unless further notice is given about arriving at a later time.
