Wanted to give everyone a visual of our remaining Saturday availability through October for anyone looking to book with us! If you see a date that works for your event, we highly recommend booking sooner rather than later as dates are filling quickly.
We do also accept Sunday bookings, we just don’t advertise them as often!

As our business continues to grow and demand increases, all future bookings will require an event minimum. This helps us continue accommodating events while reserving availability for larger bookings and high-demand dates. 🚨 NOW HIRING — Summer/Fall Coffee Trailer Team Member ☕️
We’re looking for someone hardworking, reliable, and energetic to join our coffee trailer team ASAP! If you love coffee, fast-paced environments, meeting new people, and hands-on work, this could be the perfect fit for you.

This is a fun but hardworking position with lots of variety day-to-day. No two shifts are ever the same!

What We’re Looking For:

Must be 17+ years old
Weekend availability
Good with early mornings
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Able to lift 25+ lbs
Reliable, motivated, and willing to work hard
Comfortable handling money & customer interactions
Willing to learn and occasionally run the trailer independently on slower days
☕️ Job Responsibilities:
Preparing and making drinks
Opening/setup and closing/cleanup of the trailer
Stocking and organizing supplies
Assisting with large shipments and moving heavier items
Loading/unloading the generator daily
Running occasional errands for supplies when needed
Helping keep the trailer clean, organized, and running smoothly
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, thrives in a high-energy environment, and wants to be part of a growing small business for the summer/fall season!

Next Saturday we will be attending a fundraiser for Space to thrive “Space to Thrive is a non-profit organization striving to provide every child positive and accessible experiences that nurture development. Services include early childhood education and school-age programming”

Late post this week we had a super busy week last week and are finally catching up!
The summer weather is officially here, and we’re so excited because we have almost finalized our summer drink menu 👀✨
We’re hoping to launch the new drinks next week, so stay tuned!
Also, a little reminder if you have a future event you’d like to book us for, message us sooner rather than later! We’re already booking into 2027, and lately we’ve had to turn down quite a few last-minute event requests because dates were already filled.

What an amazing day we had today! ☀️
I love joining events that go on in the community and can’t wait for many more this summer! Today was a learning experience for the busy summer to come. With running out of ice, iced coffee, all our smoothies, muffins and lotus we will definitely start keeping a larger stock on hand lol. As a new business we’re still learning and adjusting and a huge thank you to the community for being so understanding when we run into these obstacles … it doesn’t go unappreciated.
We will be back out tomorrow morning from 8-11 at Casey's Run at MHS. We will have a slim selection of bagels/muffins for breakfast foods and we will have mango and pina colada smoothies! As well as all our other drinks (besides cold brew)
And if you can’t make it out tomorrow have an amazing Sunday and see you next week:)
