Sasha Skerla, owner of Pierogi Queen and Smoke BBQ Cafe, merged with Belvedere Polish Delicatessen, expanding his popular pierogi flavors to East Windsor and introduces his carefully smoked meats to obsessed BBQ fans.

"Belvedere always promoted Old Country Banquets of Enfield" said Skerla who had befriended the late owner of Belvedere, Lilianna Soltys.

Belvedere's customers cannot be more thrilled to see the Belvedere legacy continue within the East Windsor, Windsor Locks, and surrounding communities.

Serving its customers since 2004, Belvedere plans to make no major changes to their popular menu and store selection but may expand its sandwich selections...to include BBQ sandwiches with meats prepared at Smoke BBQ: Pulled Pork, Brisket, and Pastrami.

Sasha Scherla, owner of Smoke BBQ Cafe and the Pierogi Queen Bakery, and Perogi Queen Ella Mol, make some St. Patrick's Day pierogis.
