I’ve been cooped up under a complete mental/work break. So I went ahead and did a little experiment for yall.
My homemade bread vs store bought bread.
THIS is what bread does, when it’s actually bread. It molds. It deteriorates. It’s nasty, it stinks.
Bread should NOT look like this 6 WEEKS past expiration! This is why we’re sick yall. Prime example. This is poison, plain and simple.
This is not safe. At all. With the ingredients listed on the package, you’re talking massive amounts of inflammation, behavioral issues , blood sugar spikes, insulin resistance, hormone disruptions and complete disruption of your gut micro biome. That’s just for “normal” people. Add already existing health conditions and it’s even worse. This is insanity. Disgusting. Disappointing and disgraceful. These companies are literally killing us, slowly. With ZERO accountability and no consequences. I just don’t understand how people sleep at night making this crap.
On a side note, homemade bread is not super nutritional either. Flour holds no value once it has been milled and sits for more than like 90 days BUT what you’re NOT doing, is eating poisonous ingredients.
If you have the means to make your own bread, I encourage you to do so. On average, it takes me a little over 2 hours on Sunday to make our weekly bread. BUT 1.5 hours of that, I’m simply doing other things, as it rises. so generally about 30-40 mins a week of actual work on it, if you include mixing , clean up and slicing.
