My homemade bread vs store bought bread.
THIS is what bread does, when it’s actually bread. It molds. It deteriorates. It’s nasty, it stinks.
Bread should NOT look like this 6 WEEKS past expiration! This is why we’re sick yall. Prime example. This is poison, plain and simple.

This is not safe. At all. With the ingredients listed on the package, you’re talking massive amounts of inflammation, behavioral issues , blood sugar spikes, insulin resistance, hormone disruptions and complete disruption of your gut micro biome. That’s just for “normal” people. Add already existing health conditions and it’s even worse. This is insanity. Disgusting. Disappointing and disgraceful. These companies are literally killing us, slowly. With ZERO accountability and no consequences. I just don’t understand how people sleep at night making this crap.

On a side note, homemade bread is not super nutritional either. Flour holds no value once it has been milled and sits for more than like 90 days BUT what you’re NOT doing, is eating poisonous ingredients.

If you have the means to make your own bread, I encourage you to do so. On average, it takes me a little over 2 hours on Sunday to make our weekly bread. BUT 1.5 hours of that, I’m simply doing other things, as it rises. so generally about 30-40 mins a week of actual work on it, if you include mixing , clean up and slicing.

In January, I made meatloaf. I bought the cheapest bread I could find to soak up the excess fat. Not eating it. (Didn’t want to use my homemade bread 😆) Anyway, it’s been shoved to the back of my pantry and I’ve been cleaning things out today and found it.
Expired February 1st. Still soft, no mold. A little crumbly but other than that, it’s fine. We’re talking 2 MONTHS past expiration.
This is disgusting. This bread should be absolutely covered in mold. I can’t leave my homemade bread out for more than 5 days without it being furry.
This should not be consumed. It’s no wonder the health problems we have. How are you supposed to digest something like this?
Disturbing. Seriously. 😒
I pray one day, that everyone goes back to making their own and these companies can shove it where the sun don’t shine. Shameful. So mad right now. I don’t take lightly to poisoning our own people, who are just trying to eat to survive 😡

Reaching out on a not so typical post. We must stand together sometimes and help when we can. 🫶🏼 I will add that I don’t personally know her but she’s in a group of other small business owners. Just felt in my heart to reach out and try to help.

This beautiful girl is in really bad DV situation. He’s destroyed her equipment to her small business. She has 4 small children. She’s got thousands of dollars of destroyed property and cannot continue feeding her kids without her equipment. She’s safe and he has been removed from the home. Several people have stepped up to help her make the items for her next 2 shows but she will need help in fixing that equipment for the future of her family.

If you feel it in your heart to help. Send it. She needs it. Any amount is a good amount

For $2 more you’re not eating bioengineered food ingredients and sodium benzoate. Harmful on its own but what most people don’t know, is adding sodium benzoate and vitamin C , plus heat (gut temp) creates benzene. Benzene is a carcinogen, linked to leukemia. So if you eat an orange and then have dinner with soy sauce, you’re creating a very dangerous toxin that goes into the blood stream.
Common side effects of sodium benzoate even by itself is skin irritation, hyperactivity, linked to ADHD, asthma exacerbation, chronic inflammation and in high doses, metabolic issues, seizures and kidney damage.
The more you know 👌
We need to be asking ourselves WHY this is a food ingredient .

There is something uniquely unsettling about watching your child get hurt and seeing absolutely no normal reaction . I’ve been fascinated by how my son experiences pain for his entire life.And when I say fascinated, I mean truly perplexed. He doesn’t react. No tears. No wincing. No dramatic “ouch.”
Sometimes not even a flinch.
He could fall hard and his face would stay completely neutral. As a mom, that does something to you. You’re wired to respond to your child’s cues and when the cues aren’t there, you learn to read between the lines.
For a long time I wondered:
Does he feel it? Is his tolerance just incredibly high? Is he shutting it down?
What I’ve learned is that pain isn’t just physical. It’s neurological. Autistic nervous systems process sensory information differently. Some are hypersensitive. Some are hyposensitive. Some fluctuate. Many have differences in something called interoception , which is the ability to sense and interpret internal body signals. When hes hurt, the “alarm” doesnt sound, essentially .
And pain expression itself is social. Crying, wincing, saying “that hurts” , those are communication behaviors. If your brain processes communication differently, you may not outwardly show what’s happening internally. What looks like “no pain” doesn’t automatically mean no pain.
And here’s the hardest part. is incredibly difficult to find the pain , so I can help him.
When there are no cues, no tears, no obvious signals, you become a detective. You check for injuries. twice. Three times. Ask loads of questions, only to get answers that make absolutelyno sense . You watch posture. You monitor behavior changes. You learn his version of subtle. You learn that irritability might mean headache. That quiet might mean stomach pain. That pacing might mean something is wrong. You live in a constant state of reading between invisible lines. It has taught me that silence is not the absence of suffering, just that some nervous systems simply experience the world differently.
He doesn’t react.But that doesn’t mean he doesn’t feel. And it doesn’t mean he doesn’t need support and sometimes even more carefully, because the signs aren’t obvious. His experience is neurologically real but with no normalcy. So incredibly strange. His blank stares make me wonder constantly, where on earth he is exactly. I will always have to keep learning how to meet him there, wherever that is. It takes a tremendous amount of patience and dedication to take care of these kiddos on the spectrum . Keeps you on your toes for sure. 🫶🏼

When you are shopping for tallow, PLEASE read the ingredients. This is ridiculous. In the same breath as saying something about synthetics and refined oils…. They have these ingredients. This is marked as “food grade”.
Absolutely not 😡
This is processed commercial fat with additives and NOT traditional tallow. There’s no need to add stabilizers, deodorizers , bleaching agents or anything else . Avoid avoid avoid! 
I just happen to come across this ad on Facebook and thought 🤔 im gunna go check them out. Lol NOPE ✋
Food grade tallow should have ONE ingredient and that is beef fat, nothing else .
