I forgot to share- Hilltop successfully completed our surprise annual health inspection with outstanding results, achieving zero violations and demonstrating our dedication to excellence.
I would like to extend my sincerest pride and gratitude to my staff for their exceptional efforts. The inspection process, which encompasses a thorough evaluation of our store and restaurant operations, poses a considerable challenge. Nevertheless, my team consistently showcases its capability to meet and surpass expectations.

Mother’s Day weekend is coming up and we wanted to just send out a few reminders:
If you are planning on fried chicken for Mother’s Day and plan to order for a group please let us know ahead of time so we can plan for your order and make sure we have enough!

We will be open our normal hours and in Celebration of all the wonderful moms out there we will give mom a free dessert from the case. This is for dine in or carry out- we just want all of the moms to know how much they are loved and appreciated!

We will be baking and even though I didn’t do a big pie promotion this year if you would like to order a pie for mom please call or message us with your orders.

Thank you all for the patience and understanding.. we all appreciate it. Steve is doing great and we are getting back to our normal routine.
