Wye Heights Wye Heights is a family run farm located in Talbot County, Maryland. Our Black Welsh Mountain Sheep are grass fed and produce delicious meat products.

y butchered at a Maryland USDA facility and the meat is flash frozen. Black Welsh produces a superior meat retaining a mild flavor - true garden-fresh lamb. They are particularly noted for their ability to produce high quality meat and wool on a forage based system with little or no grain inputs.
