We've been getting great feedback from the taste test at Potato Champion, which ends on Sunday. Customers have been voting for Family Generation Foods Canola oil over the foodcart's usual rice bran oil.

Family Generation Foods supports renewable energy. We just completed construction on a 200kW addition to our large solar array. That's more than 700 large, locally-made solar panels that produce enough electricity to power dozens of homes and businesses with clean, local energy. Check out the photos below.

SolWatt, LLC operates a 560kW solar generator located outside of Hermiston, Oregon and is owned by Kent and Laura Madison.
