Many people have asked how our lettuce mix is so delicious, and Dan has finally decided to share his secret!

"Each and every bed of greens has an organic amazonian swamp moose buried underneath it, which gives our greens there delicious tenderness."

There ya have it folks! If you are interested in your own moose for your garden, please contact Dan and he can help you source them.
