A big shout out to the teachers and staff out of JFK Elementary stopping by and showing us what it all about. This is what as a small business we pray for. To be able to serve delicious food to those who do most for our community and get overlooked. Edinburgggg we are here and ready for you all. We added some new lunch menu items that come right off the bbq grill to your plate. We also have them wings and specialty aguas frescas that started in our McAllen location 🔥🔥 We added new hours to our existing food truck hours. So now you can get the BEST FOOD from 11am - CLOSSING. Which you guys know we are opened late for yall 🥳🙏🏻 Check out or bbq options from 11am-5:15pm for now. Maybe we will extend hours if you guys show us some love 😏 We are located at 2402 E University Dr Edinburg Tx. Call ahead of time to place your orders for a quick drive through swing by. We had a major issue last night with plumbing but we are now up and running. We are opening from 11am-10pm today mcallen and Edinburg will continue with their regular night shift. Our newest concept El Paisano Drive-Thru / Parillada El Paisano will open for operations starting Monday from 11am-5:15pm.
