New challenge - I had someone ask me if I could make chicken Kiev - her family is from the Ukraine and it’s a delicacy from their country no one makes ….. zap I’ve been doing a lot of research and made my first go today…. So it looks amazing!!!

But it’s something I don’t like ( taste) the seasonings in it are things I would not put together …

So my question is … how do I know if it’s good? I would hate to present a dish to them and it not be “the way it’s suppose to taste” or completely off???

Thoughts? Suggestions?

I didn’t get 1/2 the baking I wanted done this weekend! It was soo nice outside! ( plus I had to mow!) lol I’m going to make a second attempt at these “brownie crumble” cinnamon rolls I’ve been challenged to master by my kiddos … I made fresh brownies and I’m going to attempt to “stuff” the rolls!

We will see! Sometimes, too much touching the ye**ty dough tends to keep it from rising right!
