Driving is always a time to think. While the drive 🚗 to Minnesota isnt fun it is beautiful and a trip filled with American Agriculture. The sights. The earthy smells as so much harvesting is being done. Farmers and ranchers preparing for winter.

We here at Conscious are kind of doing the same thing. Its crazy to think there is only 9 Fridays left in 2026. Winter is coming even though just a few weeks ago it was over 100 degrees. Cycles. Change.

As we go into the Holiday Season and Winter we cant wait for you to see what is in store and what will be in the stores. My call yesterday from Curtis with Westby Coop Creamery was such a blessing to receive. Those of you who got to meet Curtis and know the amazing history behind Westby and their dairy cooperative is such a perfect fit for Comscious and this community. The new partnership with Redhead Creamery LLC amd the amazing cheeses we will be carrying all fhe while continuing to expand our local Oklahoma infrastructure.

AI is changing our world quickly and I keep going back to what has been here since the dawn of time - water, food, and oxygen. Those are necessities. Food and water and agriculture create shared experiences and healthy Communities create longevity and economic stability. Thats what we are continuing to push for.

Good morning community,

A couple of things before I head to Minnesota this morning.
#1 - Thank you for every single purchase you make thru Conscious . Truly we are grateful, I am grateful.

Trees, berries and roses will be here around 130 pm at the 200 S. Fretz Ave location and since I will be on the road we would sure appreciate some volunteers to help unload those trees, berries and bushes.

We are preparing for our 1st weekend of our Conscious Christmas Marketplace 🎄 and if we have any creative ladies and gents who love Christmas and have some decor they'd like to decorate the warehouse with feel free to do so.

It is always interesting to me how I will be mulling something over in my mind and then all of a sudden its on the news and everyone is talking about preparedness and 90 days of food, water supplies etc. Granted the news has been pertaining to the military bases BUT is it ever a bad thing to have some reserve for those just in case moments ourselves. Over here at Conscious we think not and we have done all the home work and will do the sorting and the leg work. All you gotta do is decide what you want or need and place those orders.

You can order online via the website and FYI we do now accept Klarna so interest free payments for those wanting to prepare without emptying the pockets. I joked with a friend and customer that I was totally geeking out with excitement and the only reason I hadn't posted 2 weeks ago when it first started as an idea in my head was I didn't want to be the Thanksgiving Preparedness Grinch hahahaha 🙃 😅. My friend said "Well I kind of like the preparedness Grinch idea 💡. So there ya go. Orders are due now and pick up will be same day as more apples, citrus , trees and cheeses come in! Good afternoon! Wow the day is flying by! So many great conversations with vendors . Lots of restocks happening at BOTH locations !

I wanted to take a moment and talk about Wellness. Real food. Healthy Communities and Christmas Shopping !! It truly is that time of year and I think its so important that we check on each other and our neighbors. This world is LOUD right now and it is designed to make us fearful, anxious, angry and chaotic. Ive learned when the world gets loud, we should seek quiet both in our mind and the internal dialog within our heart/soul. Instead of stewing and spewing perhaps we have Faith and be Grateful!. Ive shared my walking and how much it has assisted me not just physically but mentally too. Good, nutrient dense food combined with movement and mindfulness (thinking about what you are thinking about lol) really can create or destroy a day.

These last few months with the 2nd location have really really stretched me and shown me some areas that I cant put a bandaid on.

Logistics and instock have become priority #1 and we will get that ironed out over these next few weeks. We will keep doing what we are good at and we will keep honing, tweaking and pursuing excellence where we aren't excellent yet. Im excited. Im grateful and we leave tomorrow to go get those Minnesota Apples 🍎, trees will be here this weekend for pick up and so many wonderful things in store !!
