Johnny Boy Blues 2026 Harvest has officially ended. We had so much fun! We put in many long hard hours with lots of unexpected obstacles along the way. I always say God has his hand on our farm. He sees us through every moment. We are so grateful to all of you who support us and our mission to support our local autism community. Here are some end of year photos. The work will continue even though harvest has ended. Thank you Chris for all of your effort throughout the entire year and thank you to all of our employees! We couldn’t do it without you!

Our Family and Farm are so grateful for all of the support you gave us at our 5th Annual U-Pick for Heart of Surfing and the Local Autism Community this past Wednesday night. A huge thank you to our Heart of Surfing volunteers and Kramer Cares Volunteers for helping out. A shout out to the NJ State Police for bringing horses and police cars for the kids to enjoy. A big thank you to the Galloway Township Police Department for coming out this year for the first time. We are so pleased to watch the bond grow year after year between the special needs community and law enforcement here at Johnny Bo Blues Farm. Thank you to Atlantic County 4-H Fairgrounds Dana Wramage for setting up shop with two adorable baby goats. Thank you Farmer Jimmy for bringing the show stopping baby donkey. Thank you Andrea Marie from Makers Market Co Op at Ridley Square for setting up vendors for all to enjoy! Thank you Zach Steelman and Rebecca Catherine Deren for your adorable pop up shops. Thank you Ann Carol Zumpano family for the adorable raffle “Florida Manatee”. Thank you to Brian Morris and family for his excellent photography. Thank you NJ Bubble Parties for the Bubble show and VIJ entertainment for spinning your tunes. A huge thank you to Annabella Hunter for singing the National Anthem. Everyone enjoyed Slice of Naples pizza as well. Every year our mission here at Johnny Boy Blues is growing because of all of you. The evening was full of joy, smiles, unity, understanding, and acceptance. Lots of blueberries were picked and over 2K and growing was raised for Heart of Surfing. I will be posting photos as I get them in. We love seeing pictures of the evening so please continue to post so we can enjoy them for years to come. Can’t wait for next year! The Galloway Township Police Department, along with the New Jersey State Police, were lucky enough to participate in Johnny Boy Blues 5th annual U Pick Event!

Johnny Boy Blues hosts the event for Heart of Surfing, a non-profit organization that offers free surfing and skateboarding lessons for families with autism or other developmental disabilities, and the local autism community!

Officer Mooney, K9 Officer LaSassa, and Officer Bennett had an enjoyable afternoon of blueberry picking, bubbles, and even two miniature donkeys! K9 Evo even was able to sneak a few treats from Zach's Doggy Snacks! They didn't last very long! Thanks Zach!

We are eagerly awaiting our first picking of the season tomorrow. Johnny and I had a nice visit from our friends Jenny&Zach. We sampled the fruit and it’s tasting delicious!

We are feeling so excited! Johnny Boy Blues is expanding! We purchased the farm across the street from us from a fellow farmer Bill Augustine who knew my Mom and Dad very well. It felt like the next step for our family. A special thank you to Bill Augustine, Bill Rodio, and Dave Birnbaum for helping us with the sale. I know my parents are looking down feeling proud. We can not wait to host our 5th annual U Pick for our Autism Community Heart of Surfing! 🏄 🫐
