Desert Pepper Trading Company

Desert Pepper Trading Company Desert Pepper Trading Company was born and raised on the border of Texas , Mexico, and New Mexico.

This amazing crux of bright flavors, sunlight, and the desert Southwest inspires us in every way.. Our flavors come from a sunswept fusion of the southwest, the open air makets of Mexico, and our own kitchens. We look backwards into the culinary traditions of the border regions and forward to global new flavors and ideas. This is a multi-generational famliy run business... that’s right, real

people running a real company. Over 25 years now (where did that time go?), growth, change and more than a few margaritas later...we are still at it. Desert Pepper continues to thrill, delight and scare the hell out of us! Sincere, authentic, and original ....thats what we are all about.

This one doesn’t hold back.

Cantina Hot Red is all heat, all flavor
bold enough to stand on its own, balanced enough to put on everything.

If you know, you know.

Desert Pepper started with a family recipe, a street corner in El Paso, and a belief that salsa should actually taste homemade. Long before “artisan” was a trend, we were bottling bold Southwest flavor using real ingredients and no shortcuts. Still family owned, still making salsa our way.

Right in the middle… where it hits best.

Medium Red brings that steady heat,
enough to wake things up, not enough to take over.

Chips, tacos, straight out of the jar… it works.

Not everything needs to be spicy to be good.

Mild Red brings the flavor first,
zesty, balanced, and just enough heat to keep things interesting.

This is the one that disappears fastest.

Tomorrow is Cinco… but we’re starting tonight.

Fresh lime. Good tequila.
And something with a little more flavor than your average rim.

Make it simple:
Tequila
Lime juice
Splash of orange
Chili-lime salt (or… a little Desert Pepper on the rim 👀)

That’s it.
