Owned and operated by the Ream family since 1954. Since 1954, the Elburn Market has been owned by the Ream family (now Ream's Meat Market). In the 1980's, Bob and Phyllis Ream's son Randy started making more varieties of smoked meats and sausages, and eventually found himself in the National Cured Meat Hall Of Fame. Introducing this delicious, garlicky, Polish-style salami unique to the Chicago region: PRASKY! We’ve been making it around the holidays for the last six or seven years, but we thought it’d be nice to have around through football season, because it is the PERFECT snack to munch on with a crispy l***r b**r while watchin’ a game. Pair it with a good mustard like Lowensenf red label, sour pickles, and a nice Pilsner b**r.
