Our fresh Fior Di Latte is a versatile, soft cheese with a milky flavor best served at room temperature. From simple salads to pizza verace and more elaborate pasta dishes, mozzarella can be enjoyed alongside appetizers, baked casseroles or, simply, on its own with a bit of olive oil and pepper.
