Join us in congratulating our very own Chef Dave Brooks, as this week, he retired from teaching the culinary arts at the Willow Street CTC!
Chef Dave taught students for 28 years, helping them learn the skills, knowledge and dedication needed to pursue their passion in the culinary world. So many have gone on to be successful in their careers with the wealth of knowledge passed to them.
I personally have learned SOOOO much from Dave! I first met Dave at 15 years old, knowing absolutely nothing about meat or the meat industry. From our time working together at Darrenkamps, to Dave joining the team here at Stone Cold Meats, and to this current day, he continues to pour his experience and passion into everything he does!
Thank you for your dedication to your craft, your willingness to help everywhere needed, your strong faith, and your mentorship!
Don't worry! This isn't goodbye! Chef Dave is staying with us, just shifting things around! Starting next Wednesday, Chef Dave's Famous Kabobs are back for the summer!!! More details to come!
