Aleceeya Rose - Pasta I make delicious pasta! It's mainly for the Ellensburg Farmer's Market, but I am open to local special orders or shipping!

I am an aspiring dietitian and chef, but currently just a student who has a passion for all things food. I will be making all sorts of flavors-- everything from Eggless Semolina, to Whole Wheat, Fresh Cracked Pepper, Lemon, Tomato Basil, Kale and Garlic, Roasted Beet, Mint, Squid Ink, Butternut Squash, Spinach, etc.
*Hint: Try mixing flavors to really excite your dish! The lemon would go great wit

h pepper, or the mint with beet, etc. If you want a specific flavor, let me know! I love to experiment. Once I get the hang of everything, I plan on playing around more with various shapes and fresh pastas. Some good old-fashioned Gnocchetti (Gnocchi), Ravioli, Orecchiette, Couscous, Lasagna sheets, Fusilli, etc. Another venture I'd like to work up to is fresh ground wheat. The taste exponentially different and worth trying.
