Wildlife Processing offers FIELD TO THE FREEZER service for deer and wild hog processing. Just bring your game by during open hours, fill out a processing tag and leave the rest to us. We can register deer with the NCWRC via online app, if needed. Your deer / hog will be cleaned and hung in our walk in cooler and allowed to age. Then, it will be processed in your choice of deer steaks, stew, sausa

ge (hot or mild), ground or cubed. I process one at the time so what you leave me is what you will get back. We now the only NCDA inspected / certified Custom Exempt processing facility in this area offering processing for all domestic animals including wild hogs.

Unlike the competition, we take our smoked product pictures unpackaged so you can see the goodness. Wrinkled cases are a sign of a dried out product just like dried jerky. Ours are plump and full of flavor. Just another reason we are the best!!
