We are incredibly grateful and thankful for the continued support of the Ellicottville Volunteer Fire Department! ❤️🚒

Every year for Labor Day Weekend, they trust Dom’s Butcher Block to hand-cut their 1” Ribeye Steaks — and we are honored to be a small part of their Labor Day tradition!

These Ribeyes are hand cut fresh and never frozen — just the way you want them for the grill! 🥩🔥

Our two smokers run around the clock making old-school, hand-smoked favorites right here on the premises:
• Homemade smokes beef jerky - APPLACHIAN (sweet) and HILLBILLY (hot) will be available for THE TASTE OF ELLICOTTVILLE in front of MADIGAN'S!!
• Homemade smoked beef sticks - Regular, Hot, Hot Cheddar, Pepperjack, Brown Sugar Maple, just to name a few will be in the shop!

Hey everyone! Just a heads-up that Dom's Butcher Block will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday, July 29th, so our team can participate in the annual Madigans Golf Open! ⛳🏌️‍♂️

​Outside of major holidays, we rarely close our doors, but this annual tradition with family and friends is one we can't miss.
​We will be reopened and ready to serve you bright and early on Thursday, July 30th with normal business hours!
