Since 1923, Sailer's Food Market has been serving the Elmwood, WI and surrounding communities, offering a full line of retail cuts of meat, along with many award winning sausages, including brats, wieners, summer sausage, bologna, snack stix and strips. We also carry many smoked and cured products, including our award winning smoked beef, bacon and

smoked ham. In addition to our popular and award winning meats, visitors to our retail store will find a wide variety of locally made and specialty products including BBQ sauces, honey, jams, seasonings, spices, coffee beans, cheese and cheese curds. If you are looking to fill your freezer, we sell beef by the 1/4, 1/2, or whole, and pork by the 1/2 or whole. We will cut and process your order exactly the way you like. Our long family history in the meat business means we take pride in our work.
