Pierce Provisions is a southeastern PA canning and preserving small run operation created by myself, Tim Lachman. Developing a passion for cooking, and also a love and respect of the local produce where I was born and raised and where I still reside, I decided to take what I have learned in the food service business and combine it with the respect and love of local, farm raised and wild produce that is in abundance where I come from.

Preparing to make my first batch of Spicy Garlic Pickles, if anyone is interested I will probably have about 6 jars available. Should be ready by next week!
