Gregs Mobile Butchering and Meat Shop is your trusted local butcher for processing your prized fair animals, ensuring you get the most out of your investment and enjoy delicious, high-quality meat.

The shop offers:
Custom processing to tailor cuts to your preferences, including steaks, roasts, ground meat, and specialty items like sausages and bacon.

Our butchers will handle your animal with care and precision, maximizing yield and ensuring top-notch quality.
Vacuum seal packaging to lock in freshness and extend the freezer life of your meat.

Fair animal processing pricing:
Beef: $.95/ per pound + $140 kill fee.
Hogs: $.95/ per pound + $85 kill fee
Lambs & Goats: Flat fee of $180
Smoking: $.95 per pound extra.
Bulk Sausage: $.40 per pound extra.

Important information:
Animal limits may apply due to space. Please call the shop at 208-830-6024 to reserve a spot, this helps us prepare for the week. But don't worry, we will still take your animal on sale day, just select us as your butcher and we will
contact you the following week.
