Vacuum seal packaging to lock in freshness and extend the freezer life of your meat.
Fair animal processing pricing:
Beef: $1/ per pound + $140 kill fee.
Hogs: $1/ per pound + $85 kill fee
Lambs & Goats: Flat fee of $190
Smoking: $1/per pound extra.
Bulk Sausage: $.40 per pound extra.

Animal limits may apply due to space. Please call the shop at 208-830-6024 to reserve a spot, this helps us prepare for the week. But don't worry, we will still take your animal on sale day, just select us as your butcher and we will
