There’s something extra special about this week’s batch of Trout’s Fresh Sausage!

Our sausage is made fresh daily right here in the store — with NO fillers! And this batch is even more local than usual.

The pork we’re using came from the local pigs we purchased at the Thurmont-Emmitsburg Community Show to support our local youth and future farmers. One of those pigs was even the Grand Champion! 🏆🐷

Now, we’re putting those fresh cuts and trimmings to good use and turning them into our delicious Trout’s Fresh Sausage.

Freshly made. No fillers. Made right here at Trout’s. And this time, you’re enjoying a little piece of the local community with every bite!
