A farewell, from the Cheese Witch and Cheese Wizard, as Travis and I were lovingly nicknamed by two of our favorite customers and only Cheese Padawans. They had this delight commissioned by their friend !!! It's perfection, much like the goodies they spoiled us with in our last days at one of their favorite shops.

Six years ago, I opened the door to Vault and welcomed in so many wonderful, food curious people to my life. The journey began fresh and new for the community, and you embraced it enthusiastically! We expanded with the Breadman's bakery, fed our community through a global pandemic, helped you celebrate your lives with gorgeous charcuterie boards, collectively grumbled every time the cooler broke, and made so many friends through a love of good food. You're why this wacky adventure was so incredibly fun and delicious!
As they say, all good things must come to an end. This leg of my journey will be ending at the close of the month. I hope you're able to come by and get a little cheese therapy with me before I leave the building to the Breadman.

🥮 's Hot Cross Buns are made with a soft, enriched dough studded with red currants, spiced with cinnamon & nutmeg, flavored with lemon zest, and topped with a signature lemon frosting cross. 4 buns for $10.

🧀Easter Charcuterie Boxes are 10x10 boxes arranged with three cheeses, two salamis, goat cheese-stuffed dried apricots, fresh friut, pickled veg, and jam. Each box is $60.

🪻Reservations must be made by 5:00 pm on Thursday, March 28.

Once again, the 🍋 of a display cooler has pitched a fit and completely burned up a compressor. Impressive hissy-fit, huh?
While Becky is daydreaming of going full-on "Office Space" on the electrical albatross, she's actually working on a new system of purchasing cheese for you while we figure out our next move.
Please come by on Friday to buy cheese and such and let us know how you like the interim-system.
