In the great summer tradition of boys being boys, we had a little accident here at the farmstead! Everyone is safe and fine, but I will need to cancel my stand in enderlin on June 2nd while I help my kiddo learn how to get around! I will still be taking orders for Tuesday and can drop them off at Annabelle’s or have them delivered to Enderlin or Lisbon, but I will not be able to be at the stand all day! However, with all the amazing progress he’s making in such a short time, I should still be able to have a stand June 10th in the evening in Baxter park! Keep a watch here for updates and let me know if you would like to place an order by tomorrow morning! Thank you all so much for u derstanding!!

I love, love, love these little surprises! Things like this are why I maintain that my customers are better than anyone else’s. Ever. In the whole world! I have worked for someone else since I was 12 years old. From sweeping hair in my aunts salon, to bars and restaurants, to the last 26 years in various areas of the medical field. All of those jobs have been hard. So I thought. Until I decided to start a small business. THAT is hard. It is more than 40 hours a week, it is always wondering how to stay new and fresh and wondering how long it will all last. I’m still learning, every day, every stand, every vendor show, every professional meeting is something new that I never knew before. But the difference between the last almost 2 years with the previous 32 years? Passion. I love what I do, this has never been work-has never been a job-and has always always been rewarding. Every smile, every reorder, every question I get asked brings me the most joy I have ever had in a job. Our society has gotten away from just writing a letter. This card, and all cards that I have received as a business owner will always mean more than just a simple review. This wasn’t clicking a star, this was effort and I feel so humbled by it!
