The year i finally decide to jump in head first into getting this food service biz built and up and running the damn Chineese president decides to unleash a crazy virus upon the world resulting in (besides huge numbers of untimely deaths and cases of severe sickness) lockdowns and "social" distance along with deep sixing any kind of large gatherings which is what this biz relies on. As if this isnt enough of a curve ball my wonderful employer decides she wants to not work me at all so no paychecks now. file for unemployment you say? ive tried only to be denied and with nobody to answer a phone to assist me with my case. nice. spread the cheeks a lil wider why dont i? can i atleast get a bs i love you? irs has my taxes in limbo with talks of a stimulus check of some sorts coming my way at a time that nobody seems to know when. my guess is it should arrive at about the time its officially to late to make a difference in manner that would take this biz forward. ill count my blessings first if it even shows up and second if it should im hoping itll get my nose just barely above the top of the water line. Am still working on welding the trailer that i need to slide up under the building. hope to have this done this week. flooring is all done electrical outlets and switches are installed walls are insulated. need to get electrical and plumbing done yet. praying for a pro bono electrician lol yeah ill continue to hold my breath on that one... because of this virus and my oh so wonderful employer who will remain nameless... wont she heather... the purchase of the truck i had in line to pull this beast is now straight down the sh***er. Thank you heather. u fkncnt. moving along now... Does anyone know anyone who could assist me in determining what hood vent/ventilation i need so i may pass my inspection and best protect my investment?i could surely use any advice input or straight up miracles anyone could send my way. I will continue to do all i can to continue to go forward with this to the best of my abilities and god willing this virus crap i pray will be brought under control here in the near future. Stay safe people dont underestimate or down play this thing its seriously bad. we are writing the history books each and every day now. I want to see all of you here at pats pita perfection when we open all alive and healthy. heaven knows we should ALL be GOOD and READY to get out and about for the day and do stuff by this time. i know myself that IM ready. going stir crazy.
