All orders have been completed and customers were notified earlier this week.

Our final two pickup days are:
📅 Today – March 20th from 10am to 6pm
📅 Monday – March 23rd from 10am to 6pm

Any orders not picked up on these days will require you to call us and leave a message to schedule a pickup. Holding fees will apply if not done so in a timely manner.

After these dates, we will be closed for the season.

We want to take a moment to thank everyone for another incredible year. This season brought a record number of deer, and we truly appreciate the continued support from both our loyal customers and those who trusted us for the first time. It means a lot to our small business.

General Policy Reminder

We want to clarify something regarding past-due pickups.

We do not publicly post customer names unless it is an absolute last resort.

Before that ever happens, we have typically called at least 5–6 times and left multiple voicemails with no response. In some cases, the phone number provided is incorrect. In others, voicemails may not be checked, our number may be blocked, or it may show up as spam.

Public posts are never our first step — they are used only when we cannot make contact any other way and an order is significantly past due.

We have limited freezer space and cannot hold orders indefinitely. Timely pickup allows us to continue serving all customers fairly and efficiently.

If you are waiting on an order, please make sure:
• You add us to your contacts
• Your voicemail is set up and not full
• You are checking missed calls

We appreciate everyone who picks up promptly and communicates with us. It helps us keep things running smoothly for everyone.

🚨 Order Pickup Reminder 🚨

We currently have a number of customers who have not picked up their orders in a timely manner. We have made several reminder calls and left multiple voicemails.

Please make arrangements to pick up your order as soon as possible.

Delayed pickups create backlogs, take up valuable freezer space, and reduce our ability to efficiently process and fill new orders.

We truly appreciate everyone’s patience as we continue working through the ginormous backlog of orders from rifle season and beyond.

📣 Blue Mountain Deer Processing – Important Update

🕒 New Hours starting 1/20/26
Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Sunday: CLOSED

🦌 Deer Intake Update
• Today (1/19) is the LAST day we will accept skin-on deer
• Any deer brought after today must be skin-off, either whole or quartered
• We will continue accepting boneless meat through mid-February

🥩 Specialty Product Orders
We are currently working on specialty orders from the opening weekend of Rifle season, with opening day orders being finished up today. Orders are processed primarily in the order received.

📞 PLEASE READ – PHONE & STATUS UPDATES
Due to extremely high call volume—almost entirely from status inquiries—the phone is ringing nonstop. This significantly slows down production. To keep orders moving efficiently:

➡️ All calls are currently being handled by our answering machine
➡️ We are unable to return calls for order status updates
➡️ Please do not call to check on your order

✅ We WILL call you as soon as your order is ready.
If you have not received a call, your order is still in progress.
