General Policy Reminder
We want to clarify something regarding past-due pickups.
We do not publicly post customer names unless it is an absolute last resort.
Before that ever happens, we have typically called at least 5–6 times and left multiple voicemails with no response. In some cases, the phone number provided is incorrect. In others, voicemails may not be checked, our number may be blocked, or it may show up as spam.
Public posts are never our first step — they are used only when we cannot make contact any other way and an order is significantly past due.
We have limited freezer space and cannot hold orders indefinitely. Timely pickup allows us to continue serving all customers fairly and efficiently.
If you are waiting on an order, please make sure:
• You add us to your contacts
• Your voicemail is set up and not full
• You are checking missed calls
We appreciate everyone who picks up promptly and communicates with us. It helps us keep things running smoothly for everyone.
