Hello! Due to some staffing shortages at The Weedhart Sandwich Shop in Erie will be CLOSED Friday and Saturday this week so plan to see us Thursday! Open Thursday 4-8pm during the Erie market. I’ll be working the shop for the first time since the markets kicked in so come see me for a cold cut sandwich (sleeper hit is the Tofu Cutlet with veg bacon mayo 🤤), tomato pie, hobbit cookies, and PA chips (we will be out of sour cream and onion for bit unfortunately)

We will be at both Saturday 8-1 and Sunday 9-1 with all your pizza and breakfast sandos needs :)

Hello! We are back this week to see youse Erie at The Weedhart Sandwich Shop, Saturday , and Sunday :)

Our tried and true deli sandwich and the one we can’t not bring to the markets. Our Italian on our house made focaccia, Mortadella (currently no pistachios), hot Capicola, provolone, hoagie relish mayo, sliced tomato, house sandwich oil, house pickled onions, and local leaves grabbed fresh from one of our farm friends morning of :) Always available at both markets and the sandwich shop in Erie ( pair this with some .snacks for that true east coast feel)

Tomorrow is doing a super fun hangout for the Erie Farmers Market! We got beer specials, live music, and our east coast sandwiches and tomato pie :) We will be there 4-8pm!

Sandwich Shop Erie is open normal hours this week Thursday and Friday 4-8pm and Saturday 1-7pm. Come warm up after this snow storm and grab a pint of hazy or hoppy brown ale to pair with our Italian sandwich and a side of PA chips :)

Hello! We are beyond stoked for the beginning of season this Sunday 5/3!

Full menu at the market includes our focaccia breakfast sandos ( and all day everyday), cold cut Italian sandos, our Roman pizza slices, tomato pie jawn, and hobbit cookies this year! Looks for us on the west corner of East Simpson and Public :)

We are also open at the sandwich shop inside Erie Thursday-Saturday AND Saturday :) No Sunday this week at the shop as we need all hands on deck for the market.

Online orders will be open this week for the shop Th-Sat 2 hours before open :) Use the link in our bio to order and to sign up so you get alerts whenever our drops go live! Yes you read that right we are gonna be open this Sunday at the sandwich shop! Looking to be open around 12- 330/4pm or sell out. Brewery and sandwich shop friend Eric is doing a super cool record sale as well so that’ll be a perfect time to snag a pint and slice of tomato pie to shop around :)

Online orders open up today at 2 pm for tonight and they open each day 2 hours before open (no online for Sunday). Use the link in our bio to order ahead :)

New specialty at the shop this week! House light and airy focaccia, turkey, pepperoncini mayo, provolone, tomato, house pickled onion, crushed Calabrian Chili, local leaves :) Pairs lovely with .snacks sour cream and onion. Walk ups only!

Looks like we might get a nice wintry mix Friday which is a perfect way to use our online order system! They go live two hours before we open AND you can choose your desired pickup time during our open hours. You can use the link in our bio to sign up or just to order :)

There is a new IPA this week and we think that’ll pair lovely with our turkey sandwich! House made focaccia, turkey, provolone, house bacon mayo (no actual bacon just all the flavors) or Zach’s way with house Calabrian chili mayo, local leaves, tomato, and house pickled onion :)

Back at the market this week is our East Coast Jawn breakfast sandwiches. Take any of our breakfast sandos and add hoagie relish, bacon mayo, and local leaves :)

Hello! We are back this week at Erie at The Weedhart Sandwich Shop AND :)

Saturday 8am-1pm we are back at Longmont Farmers Market! Which means pizza has finally returned after the winter slumber. We will be slinging our 3 cheese red sauce and our Cacio E Pepe white. Add some pepperoni and hot honey :)
•
We will also be debuting a new breakfast special to start the season. House light an airy focaccia, fluffy egg patty, pork roll, hoagie relish, local leaves, hot honey, and our new maple mayo :) Kinda like a McGriddle but with our usual Weedhart twist. McWeedhart if you will :)
•
It wouldn’t be a Weedhart market without our cold cut sandwiches! Our Italian will be returning as our staple sandwich and this year for our veggie/vegan friends we will be bringing our tofu cutlets!
