You are invited ✉️ to attend a patriotic performance by the Erie Philharmonic 🎶to celebrate Flag Day 🇺🇸on Sunday, June 14 at 1:30pm at the PA Soldiers’ & Sailors’ Home (PSSH).

A free event, and open to the public. The concert coincides with the start of State Veterans Homes Week.

On display will be basket raffle items organized by the veterans at PSSH to support its Benefit Fund. This fund provides all the quality-of-life programs that PSSH offers to their veterans throughout the year.

For security 👮🏼‍♂️and planning purposes please RSVP your attendance to me by Thursday, June 11. If you have any questions, please let me know.

Advance Care Planning (ACP) education group is designed to guide you, the Veteran, along with your loved ones through the process of Advanced Healthcare Planning.
Advance Care Planning is about planning for the “What if's" related to your health that may occur at any stage of life.
You will consider:
•Personal values
•Spiritual beliefs
•Which treatments may or may not be right for you
•Who can best make your medical decisions for you in the event that you cannot speak for yourself
•Preferences for treatment at the end of life or if you are in a permanently unconscious state
