Vendor spotlight! We are excited to highlight Aragon Farms today. If you've never stopped by their booth to chat with them about their products, do so on Thursday! Aragon Farms just outside of Greeley on acres of pasture and cropland. We started this farm as a family with a simple goal: to raise high-quality, local food and help people reconnect with where their food comes from.
One of the things we’re most proud of is our high-quality beef. We raise our cattle with care from start to finish, focusing on their health, nutrition, and overall well-being. By using practices like rotational grazing, we make sure our cattle have access to fresh pasture, which not only supports the land but also produces better-tasting, more nutrient-rich beef. We believe that when animals are raised the right way, you can truly taste the difference.
In addition to our cattle, we also care for chickens, honey bees, ducks, yaks, donkeys, Jersey milk cows and of course our dogs and cats! Everything we do is centered around treating our animals well and improving the health of our soil.
Instead of sending our products through big distributors, we sell directly to our community. Our beef is a big part of that—we offer it alongside eggs, honey straight from the farm and seasonal produce through our farm store, local delivery, and Erie Farmers Market so people know exactly where their food is coming from and can trust its quality.
We also love welcoming people onto the farm. Whether it’s visiting the animals or coming to a seasonal event, we want our farm to be a place where people can learn, connect, and feel part of something real.
For us, Aragon Farms isn’t just a business—it’s a way of life rooted in producing exceptional beef, caring for the land, and serving our community.
