As summer begins to draw to a close, the apples in the orchard are starting to size up. 🍎

These beauties are Yarlington Mill, an English bittersweet cider apple discovered near a Somerset water mill in 1898.

Yarlington Mill apples aren't much good for eating fresh, but they are highly prized by cider makers. With soft tannins and naturally low acidity, they can make a beautifully balanced cider all on their own.

We’re looking forward to seeing these apples ripen and, eventually, find their way into the press and then your glass! 🍻

Thank you to everyone who came out for Garfield Night on Friday! Beautiful weather, great music from JT Safari, and delicious burgers from Kristy's made it a wonderful evening celebrating our community.

It was nice to catch up with neighbors and see so many familiar faces. Thanks for making Garfield Night another memorable celebration. We're already looking forward to the next one!

We officially broke ground on our building project this week! 🎉

As construction gets underway, our pavilion will be closed for the next few months. The good news? Our tasting room is open as usual, and our picnic area by the pond is ready for you to relax and enjoy a cider.

Please pardon a few growing pains while we build something special. We truly appreciate your patience, support, and enthusiasm as we take this exciting next step. We can't wait to share the finished space with you!

This Sunday's event will be the last of its kind under the Cider Pavilion as it stands today. While it's the end of an era, it's also the beginning of an exciting new chapter.

We're thrilled to share that we'll soon be breaking ground on our new tasting room!

The current Cider Pavilion will be transformed into a permanent commercial building featuring a full kitchen, walk-in cooler, and two restrooms. Four large overhead doors will let us open the space to the outdoors on beautiful days while keeping everyone comfortable when the weather doesn't cooperate.

We're also adding a covered back patio, so you'll always have the option to enjoy your cider outside, even on a rainy day.

As many of you know, this project has been a long time in the making. Thank you to everyone who has made the Cider Pavilion such a special place over the years. We hope you'll join us this Sunday as we raise a glass to all the memories made here, and to everything that's still to come. 🍻🍎🥲
