Stop by our In Season demo space in the Pavilion to try out their lamb's haggis, a traditional Scottish recipe now made right here in Oregon! Sampling is FREE and will be available from 11AM - 1PM.

Second Breakfast Pies inherited this beloved haggis company from Charles, the retiring founder of Lambâs Haggis, who trusted them to carry on his legacy, passing the torch rooted in friendship, shared values, and what they call hobbit culture: treating everyone like family.
The haggis is crafted using sheep organs sourced just up the road from Andersenâs Farms, paired with locally sourced oats and vegetables. Itâs USDA approved, available packaged and frozen, and ships nationwide. Rich in nutrients and deeply rooted in Scottish tradition, itâs a dish that honors the whole animal, the way our ancestors always intended.
