Mini Cheesecakes from Epicurean Delights Because the world needs more cheesecake. :) I'm going to be using this page to sell my mini cheesecakes. When I have enough to make a batch, I will do so.

Rather than having people have to fight over the handful of runoff from my weekly orders at the restaurant, I'm going to allow people to place orders here, and when I've got enough to do a full batch, I'll make a batch and deliver the next day. The cost will be $12 delivered for most flavors of cheesecakes. Also $12 per dozen delivered for most flavors of cookies.

A couple of guidelines regarding the ordering process...

If you want a cheesecake, simply place a comment on my page stating the type and quantity that you desire. A batch is 9 cheesecakes. As soon as I have orders for 9, I will do a batch, and deliver the following day (or the next if that's more convenient for you) at a time to be negotiated by you, the buyer(s). Or, if you prefer, you can pick up at my place in Eugene to save the delivery fee. Ideally, I'd like to get to the point where I'm making 3-4 batches a week.

Anyone feel like cheesecake or cookies? I feel like making you some tonight for delivery any time this weekend (Fri-Sun). Cheesecakes are $8 delivered in Eugene ($9 Springfield), cookies are $10/dz. delivered in Eugene ($11 Spr.) Comment below if you'd like some, both, all. The Maple Bacon cheesecake. Not cheap (1/4 cup of real Vermont maple syrup gets expensive). But the description that came in via text was, "Close to having a cheesecake or**sm". So I'm thinking the extra $3 is worth it. ;)
