Good Morning, Friends!

I am mixing all the dough for bagels, pizza crusts and a little later in the day I will be mixing the dough for my Rustic loaves for the week! I also have cookies chilling in the fridge ready to bake up for all of you Brown Butter Chocolate Chip cookie fans!

The flavors for the week are:

Rustic Original 🌾
Crusty Croissant 🥐
Turmeric Black Sesame with Black Pepper 💛
Garlic Onion and Italian Herb

My schedule for this week looks like:

Wednesday: Martins Country Store of Philadelphia & The Dexter Corner Shoppe delivery of Fresh Sourdough Bagels 🥯 and Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies!🍪

Thursday: Come see us at the Clayton, NY Farmer's Market with Fresh Rustic loaves and Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Thursday evening Rustic loaves hit the shelves @ Martin's Country Store.

Friday: Come see us at The Chaumont Farmer's Market we will have Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies 🍪, Rustic Loaves and Pizza Crusts!

Friday morning Rustic Loaves and Pizza Crusts hit the shelves @ The Dexter Corner Shoppe.

What a weekend! 😀 We had a great weekend with a lot of walking, w**e tasting, shopping, and great food. On Sunday we had a private horseback riding tour with a mountain view meal at the top! There was also something special planned at the top that I had no idea was on the itinerary! 😍 I was so surprised. I couldn't have imagined a moment this special for myself in a million years. 💍 🥹

I want to thank everyone that showed up and bought treats from me this week! All locations have sold out and I'm enjoying myself in the mountains! 🌄 Check out my view while having coffee this morning. I was able to work on a crochet project and use my bird app to identify all the cute bird songs. I'm definitely recharging here in Lake George! I will be back to feed my starter late Sunday evening so I can be ready to bake all the things!

Good Morning, Friends!

I will not be attending the Chaumont Farmer's Market Farmers market today! I am taking a much needed weekend off. You know they say "All work and no play makes for a dull life". I'm lucky that my work is enjoyable and I rarely feel that way but I will enjoy my weekend! I'm going horseback riding in Lake George with my love and some friends. 😊🐎🐎🐎

Don't forget you can still get a loaf of tasty sourdough at Martins Country Store of Philadelphia and The Dexter Corner Shoppe! Cookies are SOLD OUT but no worries I will be sure to making more as soon as I get back. 🫶
