🤓They will have information handouts on FMNP, UNI Vegetable Vouchers, becoming authorized to accept SNAP, Black Hawk County Health Department rules and regulations on cottage foods versus Home Food Processing Establishment (HFPE) products including labeling requirements, what is allowed to be sold at farmers markets without a permit, and more! James and Kelly are seasoned farmers market vendors, a wealth of information for people who have never vended at a farmers market before but are interested in starting.

Vendor meeting opportunities:
1. Wednesdays 4/15 AND 4/22 from 3-6 pm, meet up with our board member James Moore aka The Bagel Guy, inside Wanderlust Studio Market at 3568 Lafayette Road in Evansdale, to fill out a vendor application/agreement and pay vendor fees.

2. Thursday 4/16, from 5-7 pm, Perkins Waterloo private meeting room, will be a vendor meeting with agency speakers for UNI Veggie Vouchers and potentially Black Hawk County Health Department representatives there, and several of our board of directors will be on hand to answer any and all questions. Vendors can also fill out a vendor application/signature agreement form, fee worksheet, and pay their fees. Attendees of this meeting are encouraged to order food and pay for their own food.

3. You can also message one of the market pages listed in this post directly, and we will email you the documents to fill out and arrange a meet up time one on one.

🛑We will NEVER ask for you to message someone else, and will not take any payments for vendor fees online.

🥹Our Winter Farmers Market is now closed until November, because we are vendor run and all our vendors need to get ready for the various outdoor farmers markets they sell at in the area May 1st through October 31st! We would like to say THANK YOU to our incredible customers, our amazing vendors, and JSA Development for allowing us to use an incredible space to showcase local producers, growers, and entrepreneurs and bring 17 businesses to the downtown Waterloo area for the last 6 months!

It's the LAST 2 Days to shop at our Winter Farmers Market before we are closed for the season Fri-Sat from 9 am-5 pm, at 320 and 322 E. 4th St. in Waterloo! We are vendor run, and all our vendors will be vending at various outdoor farmers markets May through October, so make sure you ask where they are going to be vending so you can continue getting all your favorite goodies and treasures from them!

🍄 Tech Gnar Farms will be here Saturday morning from 9 am-12 pm with FRESH oyster/lion's mane/cremini mushrooms!

🥯The Bagel Guy is back this week, with savory, sweet, fruity flavored bagels, perfect for early breakfast on Easter Sunday!

🍪Mark Litteaur's cookies- get them NOW and freeze them, as during the summer he is a full-time produce vendor and does not have time to bake!

🌷Signs that it is Spring: Crocus flowers popped up, and our Winter Farmers Market is coming to an end☹️! Stop by our indoor market at 320 and 322 E. 4th St. in Waterloo this week 9 am-5 pm Monday-Saturday April 4th, our LAST DAY! We are a 'temporary pop-up shop', because all our vendors also vend at several local outdoor farmers markets May-October.

🤩There are lots of baked goods, snacks and treats, jellies, mushroom products, honey, eggs, indoor and outdoor plants, artisan crafts and jewelry, indoor and outdoor home decor, Easter decorations/egg hunt prizes/egg decorating kits/baskets and filler grasses, clearance sales, and so much more! On our last day, Saturday April 4th, Tech Gnar Farms will be there with fresh Oyster and Lion's Mane mushrooms!

Stop by our Winter Farmers Market Monday-Saturday, 9 am-5 pm, through April 4th, at 320 and 322 E. 4th Street in Waterloo! The first hour of parking is free, and if you want to stay and shop longer and are unsure how to pay for parking after that, let us know and we will walk you through it!

🟢🟡🔴 Our last day is Saturday April 4th, as we are a 'pop up shop', due to our vendors all vend at several different outdoor farmers markets in the area from May-October!
